Hotel Information & Booking Conditions

At Hotel Zeebergen, we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Here you will find important information about our rates, booking conditions and policies.

  • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request (at an extra charge).
  • Breakfast: Breakfast at our hotel is from 8:30 am - 10:30 am.
  • Our rates vary depending on the season and room type. All prices include VAT, excluding tourist tax. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer and iDEAL.
  • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation within 48 hours we will charge the cost of the first night.
  • Children & Extra Beds: Children under 2 years stay free of charge. Extra beds are available upon request.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of €30.
  • Parking: Parking right next to the hotel for €7.50 per day.
  • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the hotel or rooms.

Our cancellation policy

At Hotel Zeebergen, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we have a clear and fair cancellation policy. If you cancel up to 72 hours before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel between 71 and 48 hours before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before check-in, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, we will be happy to assist you. This applies to direct bookings only.
